Nous cuisinons des produits locaux de Genève et ses environs. Viande de Genève ou Suisse. Tous nos legumes sont de la region et de saison. Promouvons le label GRTA pour supporter nos agriculteurs, éleveurs, vignerons et pêcheurs. En un mot nous sommes “locavores”.
